1. Spray affected surface, using a sweeping motion, with one trigger pull per 2' x 2' area.

2. Using a clean, folded microfiber cloth and medium pressure, wipe in straight, fast moving, overlapping passes.

3. You want to make tight "Z" patterns with your cloth. You will see the wetness pattern evaporate shortly after you pass over which confirms you are cleaning correctly.

Heating instructions

2. Microwave tray on high for 45-60 seconds.
3. Carefully remove film by peeling it back from the tray.

I tried this brand as suggested by a friend... I travel a lot and this is super convenient. This product works well even without refrigeration. My bowel movements are definitely more regular since I've taken this on a daily basis.
